AEDC Sets Sights on the Centerport Business Park

The Centerport Business Park in East Amarillo is in the sights of the Amarillo Economic Development Corporation to improve the local economy.
The board has been discussing a land sale of the property for just over a million dollars.
There are still some loose ends to be cleaned up, including approvals from the Amarillo City Council.
The sale will go to a developer who can place clients on the premises.
