Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for a wanted fugitive.
27-year-old Oseas Tomas Delgado is wanted out of Potter County for Probation Violation – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Delgado is 5 foot 6, 165 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
