Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for their Fugitive of the Week.
18-year-old Aung Oo is wanted out of Potter County Claim Lottery Prize Fraud greater than $200 less than or equal to $10,000.
Oo is 5 foot 7, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
