9-30 Fugitive of the Week

Amarillo Crime Stoppers has put out a bulletin on their new Fugitive of the Week.

31-Year-old Michael Todd Artis is wanted for assault of a family/household member, as well as 2 previous convictions. 

He is wanted in Potter County, and any information that leads to his arrest can reward you with $300.
