66 Pounds of Meth Seized After Traffic Stop

66 pounds of Methamphetamine was seized over the weekend in Carson County.

A Texas Highway Patrol Trooper stopped a 2007 Toyota Camry traveling east on I-40 near Conway, for a traffic violation. 

The Trooper discovered multiple plastic-wrapped bundles of meth inside the rear doors and back seat area.

The drugs were being transported from Arizona to Oklahoma. 

The Driver and passenger were arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and booked into to the Carson County Jail.
