6 Arrested After Drug Bust In Castro County

A Castro County Man is now behind bars after narcotics were found in his home.

On September 28th the Castro County Sheriff’s Office along with the Dimmitt Police Department and Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Wardens conducted a search of a home near West Grant Street.

During the search investigators found 37.6 grams of meth; 28 grams of Marijuana; money; drug paraphernalia; packaging materials; a digital scale; and a police scanner.

A 57-year-old man was arrested at the scene for Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance along with 5 other people for possession of Marijuana.

All 6 were booked into the Castro County Jail.
