3rd Paramedic Fire Engine Rolls Out Today For AFD And AMS

The Amarillo Fire Department is rolling out with its 3rd Paramedic Fire Engine.
Engine 7 will be housed at Fire Station 7 at Amarillo Boulevard and Grand street and will provide paramedic level advanced life support care, representing the highest emergency medical certification recognized by the state, to their patients.
The Fire Department says the additional equipment and medications provide the tools for our paramedic members to quickly provide advanced life-saving interventions and streamline the transfer of care to Amarillo Medical Services.
