Stamp Out Hunger This Weekend With USPS

Help end hunger this weekend with the High Plains Food Bank and the United States Postal Service.

“Stamp Out Hunger” is a national event on the second Saturday of May to aid local food banks.

Non-perishable food can be left by mailboxes prior to mail delivery, and postal carriers will pick these items up and donate them to the HPFB.

The food bank is in short supply of non-perishables, like dry milk, canned meats, and boxed dinners.

Donations can also be made at Market Street on Georgia, Amigos on I-40 and Grand, and United Supermarkets at 45th and Bell.
