Local Landlords Needed for City Housing

The City of Amarillo Public Housing Authority is looking for landlords for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

This program always has a high waitlist for tenants, and rental payments are guaranteed each month, as well as free advertisements for available units. 

Future tenants also go through background screening to check criminal records, income, employment, and eviction history. 

And while the average renter will stay for 2-3 years, those with the Housing Choice Voucher remain in a unit for an average of 6.6 years.
