The Borger community is somewhat concerned about a proposed 100-million-dollar sports complex.
Borger leaders are discussing the impact the complex could have on expansion in the city and how it could affect taxes and tourism.
The whole project is being vetted to make sure that there are little to no impacts on taxpayers.
The project is still in the beginning stages and 828 Sports Ventures is taking the steps to make the project a reality.
DeAngelo Simmons, CEO of 828 Sports Ventures.says the next step is in the strategic planning.
The timeline for the development of the project is five years.
