1.3 Million Dollars In Dope Going Going Gone!

The Texas Department of Public Safety took some dangerous dope off the streets.

Wednesday, a Trooper stopped a  2007 Ford Expedition traveling east on I-40 near Conway, for a traffic violation.

The trooper discovered black tape-wrapped bundles of five pounds of heroin and 14 pounds of cocaine inside the vehicle with an estimated, combined value of over $1.3 million dollars.

DPS and Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agents were contacted and assisted with the investigation. 

The driver, a 36-year-old  woman from Florida and was released to DEA Special Agents.

The Drugs were being transported from Anaheim, California to Columbus, Ohio.
