1 Arrested After High-Speed

A high-speed chase ends with an injured deputy and an arrest. Around 10 am Wednesday, a stolen car was spotted on Highway 54 that caused police to pursue. The chase ended after Dallam County deputies rammed and shoot out the left side tire of the vehicle. Three vehicles were damaged as a result. Officials later learned the suspect was connected to 7 other stolen cars and at least one firearm. 1 Hartley County deputy suffered minor injuries when his vehicle crashed into a pipe fence during the pursuit.
